4 supps you get from T-Nation or 4 supps you take period?
from T-Nation would be Surge, HRX, Beta-7, and probaly ZMA

4 supps period: Surge, Flameout, Metabolic Drive Complete, creatine

???
I was not sure if you meant what Biotest supps you would take, or what 4 supps you would take total.
Some of the stuff from Biotest I could get similar products elsewhere.

So you can get Surge, Flameout and Metabolic Drive Complete Elsewhere?

 1. Fish Oils
 2. Greens+ or equivalent
 3. Surge

no…
I included Surge in both choices, I dont know what I would do without my Surge!
I can get another product similar to Flameout and Metabolic Drive elsewhere. That was my point. although probaly of inferior quailty.

Good post BTW. It’s interesting to see what people like the best.

Why is that SWR?
I’m trying to phrase this in a way that doesn’t make me sound too much like a “fan boy” of some of the writers for this site, but it still might come out that way.

I read, and recently re-read the whole article and following discussion on BCAA’s here, and did some other research on other sites, and also asked CT his opinion on them.

From all of my sources (which, admittedly, I could have had more sources if I continued to research) I have only heard good things, and good results from those who used them.

CT listed them as a priority supplement along with Creatine, and before supplements like Spike or HOT-ROX, but secondary to what he refered to as “food compliments” like EFA pills, or protein powder.

I’ve been wanting to get them into my supplement routine, but have been shying away from them due to their cost, yet I was still buying “secondary” supplements like HOT-ROX and Spike, when maybe they shouldn’t be taken until one has a solid base of whole foods, food compliments, and priority supplements first.

I know I sound a little hypocritical since I have yet to take them, so maybe the importance I place on them is due to my recent discovery of them.

I will have personal experience with them as soon as I get paid though.

Mutli, fish oil, creatine, ZMA.

If I could only have 4 and had an infinate amount of each:

Surge
Metabolic Drive
Beta-Alanine
ZMA

Greens +
Fish Oil
Alpha Male
Protein

Hmmm…

Surge
Creatine
BCAA
Whey

OR

Surge
Creatine
Spike
ZMA

My top four most essential:
Protein, Creatine, ZMA, Flameout

But in reality, I also take:
Greens, Chelated Minerals, Glucosamine/MSM, Ester-C, Tribulus, Avena Sativa, BCAAs

Currently I’m doing an ECA stack 3 times daily, but will quit it mid-November. Growing recommences on December 1st.

And I also have digestive enzymes for when food gets stuck in my gut, and probiotics for when my stools are coming out poorly formed.

Steroids, steroids, steroids, and more steroids. IMMA GET SWOLE!

 1. Surge

 2. Metabolic Drive

 3. HOT-ROX

 4. BCAA

 5. Fish oil

 6. TRIBEX

 7. Glucosamine and Chondroitin

 8. Methoxy

 9. Saw Palmetto

 10. Grapeseed extract

Thanks man. I appreciate the honest response. I too have been thinking about taking them but the cost put me on hold also.

Alpha Male, fish oils, Power Drive, whey

I’m a little surprised more people didn’t mention
Alpha Male or TRIBEX. I thought they were pretty popular…

Only 4 is like cutting off my arm.

Alright:

 1. AST’s VP2 Whey hydrosolate
 2. Biotest’s Beta-7
 3. AST’s Multi
 4. Ultimate Nutrition’s Kre-Alkalyn (Creatine Monohydrate)

but if more:
5) EAS’s Muscle Armour
6) Udo’s Choice Oil
7) Biotest’s Metabolic Drive
8) AST’s Muscle XGF

1)Surge
2)BCAA
3)Flameout
4)notebook

Creatine
Surge
Flameout
ZMA

though I use Metabolic Drive way too much, lol

Wow, I noticed a great number of people here take Biotest products. Do ya’ll feel obligated being member of this forum, kissing ass, or are they just that super duper?

 1. Whey/Casein(Protein in general)
 2. Green-Tea extract
 3. Omega 3-6-9 oils
 4. Multi-Vitamin
 1. NOW Super EPA (way more EPA/DHA than Flameout, much cheaper)
 2. Creatine (any brand)
 3. Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex
 4. Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein

I like to mix the Pro Complex and Casein to make my own whey/casein/albumen blend. Cheap and easy, and delicious!
