You’re probably not stupid, but I feel you are misguided in your explanation.
If your diet is shake dependant then maybe this makes some sense, but even then with the absorption rate of pure whey, I don’t find this acceptable.
I don’t worry about the absorption rate after a workout. My body is fueled before I go to the gym and if a do drink something after my workout I’ll just add theM.D. Usually though, I stick to real food as often as possible.
It’s quite simply quality over quantity. I’d rather have one top quality shake when it is needed than count on getting to much of my protein needs through shakes and overall inefficient ones at that.
*If you would have said five supplements I would have had to add Spike in there as well. Awesome stuff; but I had to go in order of what I think is most important. Oh I also take ZMA. . . shit man you should have said 6 supps.
And yeah it is interesting to see what everybody’s main supps. are.
