For about 2 weeks I have had some sciatica problems. Today was my first day back and got right into my dead lifts and feel pretty good so far. Twice a week I went to my chiropractor after each subluxation I iced. Now I haven’t spoke to my doc and I wonder should I ice or heat.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
thanks

Unless your doc says different, generally ice for the first few days after an injury then go to cold/hot contrast after that. Heat alone is usually for general soreness but not injury.

Ice flat out sucks. If you want to reduce inflammation, use compression.
