i was wondering if anyone has used the king programs while on a fat loss diet.

I’m doing that right now (12 weeks to ss, and limping… also doing 30 mins of cardio after training), strength is up some. Obviously not as much as it would be if I were eating more. And yes, fat is melting off.

I’d definately take about a week off between each phase though dude. Maybe just hop on a treadmill once or twice during that week… these routines with low cals/carbs really tax my system. I think that off time helps.
