I’m thinking of going on Ian King’s 12 weeks of pain program. Has anybody on here had any success with this plan? Thanks.

I actually followed that program eating under maintenance. I dropped a ton of fat and my strength went up as I did it. I just like how Ian King sets things up, it was definitely a fun program.
Alex, most people who complete the series (and complete is the key) have found it very good. The results seem to vary with gains in size and/or strength very common. In my case I find it very good for form, as Ian King is so form focussed rather that weight I find that although my poundage actually dropped very slightly (also on Don’t Diet and lots of cardio which poss contributed)my form improved, going significantly deeper on squats. Enjoy.
Thanks guys. I’ll probably be following one of those big eating diets when I’m on this program. I want to do the old gain muscle while losing fat thing, and since I do a ton of running (rugby and track) I can’t go on a low carb diet. I haven’t seen an athletes diet posted on here, so I’ll have to just hope for the best.
