Hi guys,
I’m interested in getting started in a cutting routine “King style”, but I can’t find much about such a topic with the search engine.
Has King made any guidelines/articles about applying his own brand of training methodology to a cutting cycle?
I’ve seen a lot of muscle building articles, but no real “getting shredded” type…do they even exist?
Or would I be using doing one of his programs while on a fat-loss (ie. t-dawg) diet??
