I am about to attempt the Ian King Great Guns specialization and was wondering if someone could suggest a maintenance plan for this specialization (2-3 days maintenance) [ or 5 days/week total]?
I did most of his programs and loved em…yeah when you get to this your like…uhh what do i do…
I don’t think you really need a routine…just get your muscles under some weight. Maybe do opposing muscles groups …like if your doing triceps do your back and hams and on biceps - chest and quads…just dont get really fatigued…and do all your maintenance like serious warm up sets.
Just have fun with it and do whatever you want man…
