Er. In order for the pic to make sense, you’d have to be the fairy. Just saying. After all you’re the one getting trolled, not me

But all jokes aside, keep the log going man… Maybe a few vids, so it’s not just all text?

Back by popular Demand…

Delts/Tris/Traps

Another Solo day, which as usual means i dont go quite as heavy. Regardless-

DB military press- 15/30, 12/50, 8/80, 8/100, 8/120

**Bell’s (Now this is a variation of behind the back cable laterals. Speaking in terms of the anatomical position, the hands are kept Pronated, also hold onto the machine, bring your feet in, and lean the upper body slightly area, to create that large ROM. This is good for Widening the Delts, hitting em down to their insertions. I found em much harder than standard laterals)- 8/20x2, 8/25, 8/30

DB laterals, unilaterally- 8/30, 8/40, 8/50, 8/55

Reverse pec dec- 10/100, 10/120, 8/140, 8/160, 8/180

Rear head laterals (Standing up, arm across the body, and just laterally extend your arm)- 8/20, 8/30, 8/40, 8/50

Close grip Bench press- 15/135, 8/185, 8/225, 8/275, 8/315

Rope extensions (On double pulley as always)- 8/60, 8/80, 8/100 (These werent feeling as good today, so i opted out of them)

Overhead DB arc- 8/30, 8/40, 8/50, 8/60

Tomahawks- 10/40, 10/60, 8/70, 8/80

BB shrugs- 15/135, 15/225, 15/315, 12/405, 8/495-[DROP SETS]-10/315-6/225(Held this set for 5secs at the top of each rep) This completely wrecked my traps.

And there we go gentlemen. Ill see what i can do about videos.

Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! Vid-e-o’s! tomahawk…single arm overhead rope extension?

Apparently my response to this last night never posted…

No, Tomahawks are done with a single grip high cable pulley. Facing away from the machine, Upper arm parallel to the floor, and palm facing in. Extend your antebrachium (forearm), but rotate your palm downward through the motion. I normally hold onto my tricep with my free hand, as to feel the use of my lateral head in the movement.

That’s strange because I read the other response you did to that question last night and it was gone this morning. So it posted originally and then disapeared

So, thursday, My Off day/Low carb day…Im walking out of class, making my way to my car, and all the while trying to justify not going to the gym to do my easy 20min of HIIT. “Unnecessary,” “The gym is out of the way,” “not worth driving there,” “I can do cardio at home.”

Turn left to go home, turn right to go to the gym… before i know it, im cruising down the road…curious as to what choice i just made. I look around and see that im heading to the gym, it seems as though something inside me made what it felt was the proper choice.

20min of proper Hiit on stairs will break down any man… I wobble back to my car, dripping sweat. As i make my way up the hill, i begin thinking about what im actually doing. It makes me start hating people…hating those that dont put on fat. Hating their dieting time required. Leaner guys, a month? get down the water manipulation and slight fat loss and boom…Me? 16week cut, preceded by a 12week recomp phase. And i can only look to the future from here. How its going to get much, much harder down the road. How Ornery am i going to be? Jeezus…

So, i have been busy/lazy in updating this, but i promise when i get home from the gym, ill be uploading my chest day, and my back/bis day. Also id like to state that today marks the beginning of the wild fire inside me. I fell yesterday, and i fell hard. In reprimands, i will now be destroying myself. THe the next upcoming weeks are going to hurt…

Geez Akuma, you really need to set your priorities straight.
