I donāt get it, but Okay.
Wearing hats seemingly at all times, in all places, especially indoors. I wear hats, but not like so.
The podcaster Tim Pool and the manospherian big wig Rollo Tomassi come to mind. I canāt listen to either for more than five minutes, but Iāve never seen either in a video without hats.

people donāt eat high grade wagyu with the ribs. Itās usually served as a very small steak of sorts

I wear a beanie all the time.
For me it became a habit from work so that I donāt burn my head & get grimy dirt in my hair, but since Iām usually wearing a beanie, I also have messy hair.
I think in the context youāve described, its like a little billboard to convey status or something. Like that whole demographic there is stuck in terminal fratboy mode.
FTR: I have a full head of thick luxurious hair that conveys my virility and superior genes. Like Pierce Brosnan, but with a couple of light elegant streaks of grey

Its hilarious. Iāve used both. The newer ones are beyond comparison. But you canāt prove that to people who believe otherwise.

Iāve only been to Egypt once, when I was about 11 years old (nearly thirty years ago), rode on the back of a hairy arse Camel, witnessed a very young boy snatch some ladies purse and then evade capture from a pursuing police officerā¦soā¦maybe it was better in some ways back then!!
