Hurting....Pulled Groin

So I pulled my groin yesterday. Had trouble getting out of bed this morning, and I can’t really walk right. Normally I wouldn’t care this much but I’ve got a hockey game saturday and need to heal fast. Other than resting, does anyone know of another treatment? Fish oil maybe?

Any help would be greatly appreciated…

I hate to break it to you, but I think you’re a bit out of luck. I am finally healing up after a few months. So, I’m a bit sorry to rain on your parade, but I don’t think anything you do will do you a ton of good by Saturday outside of rest, stretching and maybe a massage.

I’ll add to your disappointment. I am recovering from a slightly pulled groin from 6 weeks ago. I can now do squats with a little more than my weight on the bar.

After I pulled it I could walk with a little discomfort, but had trouble getting up from a squating position.
Depending on how bad it is, it could take months to fully recover.
Don’t rush into training or competition, reinjury is a MF.

I pulled my groin in december and everytime I’ve gotten on the ice- despite it not having hurt for weeks prior- I reagravate it as bad as before. Don’t fuck with your groin if you like your hockey.
