My wrists have been killing me lately, and they hurt after the work out. Sometimes in the middle of the day when im just being lazy they hurt. is there anything yall would suggest to help?
You may want to get some ART or Trigger Point Therapy, ice after your workouts and some light forearm stretching.

What part of the wrists hurt? Is it the same both sides? Any history of any injuries, etc.
Also, any type of swelling noticeable?
How long have you had the problem and are there any other symptoms? Was the onset shortly after changing your routine or adding new exercises or daily activities?
Any additional info would help me give you more useful advice.

How many hours a day do you spend at the computer? What kind of job do you have? Does your work have an impact on your hand/wrist/forearm fatigue? Are you missing something in your diet?

ART works wonders, had it for bad shoulders, and really noticed the difference. Been taking glucosamine (and now a glucosamine/chondroitin blend) for nearly two months now, and wrists and elbow seem to be feeling better.
