Wrist and Tendons

Doing things like curls/overhead press/bench press causes huge pain in my fore arms wrists and carpals

The pain comes from opening my hands. My grip is great no problems but when I open my hands the pain is bad.

I have found when I stop doing certain exercises everything is pretty much normal.

I am currently employing stretching to see if this might help.

Any suggestions how to manage this besides stopping

Why are you opening your hands during curls, oh press, and bench pressing?

I am not … its the next day or few hours after when I try to open my hands. They hurt like hell.

You probably need to strengthen the wrist extensors- loop some rubber bands around your fingers and do sets of 40 or so every day.

Streching will also help, and try to do some myofacial release on the forearms, triceps and delts with a tennis or lacrosse ball daily. If you can, get some ART done, it will make a world of difference
