HSS 100 and the New Protocol

I am currently using your HSS 100 chest routine and am curious how the new protocol would be used on the days where I am not working chest.

Thank you for your help and all your work. I have made incredible progress in about 5 weeks with the new protocol and can not wait for Anaconda.
