Hey Coach Thibaudeau, on HSS-100, I know it’s an older program but just one question. On chest/shoulder days do I do the Hss template for chest then run through it all for shoulders or do I just do it for one of them and something else for the other body part that I don’t run through with the hss template
You do it for chest and then do 1-2 exercises for delts for 3 sets of 6-10 reps.
But if you want to emphasize delts over chest, do the opposite.
