I recently got my protocol(ordered without FINiBARs since i already had 5 boxes) and am in the middle of a WSFSB program…im not a skinny bastard, but the program works well for me.
My questions is would I benefit more from a lower rep style program (heavier weight, lower reps), or is the protocol going to compliment any well designed program?
