HS100 For Beginners?

Basically what the title says. Was simply wondering if the HSS100 program was suitable for beginners, and if not are there any recommendations? I have tried sifting through the articles and searching but it gets quite tedious.

I would not recommend HSS 100 (or any 4/5 part split for that matter) to a beginner, simply because beginners usually do not need such a high level a specialization to make noticeable gains.

The best progress is usually achieved by something like 3x/week TBW or upper/lower split 4x/week
