Ok, first off I’m 19, a virgin, and never really had a girlfriend. My new friend who is also my workout could possibly hook me up with this girl, but she’s only 16. I know for a fact she’s not a virgin. anyway, i just wanted some outside opinions if you people think i should do this or not? I mean she’s really hot, but she’s 16. I dont’ want to say i’m desperate, but i feel i have some catching up to do in the sex department. but i dont’ know if she’s too young because sex would be the main part of this so called relationship. which is fine, because i gotta start somewhere. thanks everyone who answers, you’re all friends to me.
In most states, having sex with someone under 18 is illegal. So you have to face the fact that this could get you into trouble. Also, I personally wouldn’t do it. You’re 19, already out of high school. This girl is only 16, still in high school and probably more mature than most guys but still immature. Even though there is only a three-year age difference, I think the difference is big at this point in your life. Age doesn’t matter when you are over 18 (I think). It would be different if she was 19 and you were 22 or older. That would be cool. But when mixing high school and college together, that’s just too tricky. You may be behind in the sex game, but it doesn’t mean you need to find a younger girl to help that situation. I would stick with someone 18 and up, and just play it cool bro. There is nothing that says you have to “catch up” in the sex department.
Thats no big deal im 18 and my gf is 15 soon to be 16(plus i just turned 18 this month). U shouldnt really have sex unless u know the girl isnt gonna file some kinda statutory(sp? rape charge cause then u r in big trouble. u got to jail for like 5-10 and u get registered as a sex offender which i think is all a bunch of bullshit. Its not rape in my minfd unless its forced on one of the parties the laws are such bullshit sometimes. i could understand if i was 20 and the girl was like 12 or 13 but evemn then ive seen some 13y/o thats look like they r 18 so u never know.

From a legal standpoint, i think statutory rape should be unlawful sex with a minor when the offender is more than 3 years older than the minor. I have seen laws like this for distributing parphenalia to kids, but not for stat. rape. Both laws are under the same good premise, where you don’t want some 30yr old guy “convincing” some 15 yr old girl to have sex with him, but it get’s rediculuous if you are 18 and have a 17 yr old GF. Anyway check your local laws, in some states i believe the age cut off is 16.
BigDave is correct,you should not have sex just to have it. and please I’m not being all high and mighty or anything I was 20, yea thats right I was 20 when I had sex for the first time.I’m 31 now and I can tell ya’ if its catching up you wan to do you will have PLENTY of time for that later. It’s not just about everything you can catch, its also about wether you want to pay child support and try to be a father at 19 YEARS OLD. I know you can wear a jimmy hat and I know you can try and “be carefull” but can’t you hear a baby crying in the background (waaa,wa,waaaa,waaaaa). I wouldn’t do it just to do it. The act of sex itself is over way to quickly and if you’re not the asshole “do-it-and-move-onto- someone-else” type, you suddenly are going to have to balance all these new feelings that sex will open up. What if you met the woman of your dreams / future wife tomorrow, next week, next month, etc, and she doesn’t want to be with someone who has slept around. You might feel like complete crap to have done it with a hottie that you felt nothing for.
I’ve been in your situation and I still believe that you shouldn’t get started in a relationship just because of, or for, sex. Remember this girl has feelings too and regardless if she has slept around or not (remember a lot of people lie about this stuff – this includes people i’ve known in college) its a bigger deal than most people care to admit.
Just imagine your future wife.. Now imagine her having sex with all her previous sexual partners. Most people I've talked to don't like to think about that particular picture.
The choice in the end is yours and hers, but eventually all of our choices will catch up to us.

Hey buddy, forget about rushing to get laid. Focus on school and put down a solid foundation for your life. A lot of sex will just screw up your mind about women and about relationships. Trust me on that. By the time I was 25, I could no longer count the number of woman I had sex with. Married, single, divorced, didn’t matter. I screwed them all, and I really regret it. All it will do is demean your relationships with every woman, and ultimately with your own your wife.
Seriously bud, put that little ho behind you and tell your peers and anypone else who encourages you to have sex that you are man enough to wait. A man can discipline himself. An animal cannot. Be a man.
Dude…If you want to just break yourself in so to speak, go for it with a chick your own age or older. Trust me the sex will be heaps better!
Also, I think the key for “sex for the sake of it” is to just go with a one-night-stand deal with a girl who has the same thing in mind. That way, there’s no emotional bullshit, you don’t feel bad, she doesn’t feel bad…it’s just sex. On the other hand, if someone sets you up and you do dinner, you do a movie or whatever…its not really same thing as a “clean-in- &- out” one-night-stand.
One last pointer on the one night stand, and keep in mind this is just my opinion: Try not to screw with chicks your likely to run into at college or work…again just my opinion, but if you really are going for the one night stand, then it has to be left at that, AND DON’T EXCHANGE NUMBERS AND DON’T GO BACK FOR SECONDS…
