How Can I Mess Around with My Diet?

Below is my diet, I’m a bit confused. Could i mess around with it. For example. For Meal 3 Chicken and Veggies. Could i make the chicken into like a whole grain rice chicken bowl, You know make it fun so I wont get burnt out on it.
