Hit a Barrier, How's My Diet?

Hello, I’m 15, 6’2" and 170 lbs. I’ve been lifting for a year, and I’ve really hit a barrier. I can’t gain any size or strength, so I just switched my routine to the Waterbury method, and put together a new diet plan that I hope will be good for me. It is as follows:

Meal 1: 2 Yogurts with Granola (around 400 calories with 20g of protein). I also drink 2 cups of milk with this, bringing the calories up to 640 and the protein up to 40g.

Meal 2: Oatmeal, an apple, and 2 cups of grape juice. Its around 440 calories and 5g of protein.

Meal 3: PB&J sandwich on whole wheat bread and a cup of milk. 520 calories with 26g protein.

Meal 5: Protein shake with a banana. 485 calories. 48g protein.

GYM TIME

Meal 6: Shake. 380 calories, 47g of protein. 8oz of grape juice, 120 calories.

Meal 7: Dinner. Pasta, meat, and a salad. Usually around 600-800 calories.

Well if you werent gaining you ned to eat more or work less. Ids this new plan doing that??

gaps I see meal 2 nearly no protein and none from a complete source, get some

total lack of fats asdie from the PB id get some more

veggies are good, load em with olive oil and cheese etc to boost the k/cal content

see how this works and be ready to maske adjustments

Not enough meat.

Not enough vegetables.

Not enough healthy fats. Use fish oil, walnuts, almonds, salmon, avocado, whole eggs, olive oil, etc.

Not enough protein in meal 2.

Buy Precision Nutrition.

Thanks guys. Two questions: How would a chicken Caesar salad work with meal 2? And would it be fine if I stuck a turkey sandwich between the PB&J and the shakes, just a whole wheat sandwich with mayo, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese?

How about a 6 oz. burger with swiss cheese, no bun? Top it with some avocado.

Just add the turkey and tomatoes to the meal with the pb, cut the j, add a hard boiled egg.

Add some eggs and more meat to your meals.
