Ive been dicking around for awhile… bullshitting the diet and exercise… I have been very active and have been eating fairly health but no where near where I want to be… My excuses is my dad almost died…twice… I spent alot of time being depressed and stuff. Beat that.(hes doing much better =) )
Anyway!
I know my Diet is Screwed up and I need to start doing better.
Height: 6’1. Weight: 290 35ish % bf
I haven’t lost any weight in a while but I alot of things such as walking several miles is very easy… I get bored around 3 miles so I usually stop there but have gone 6 miles before any real fatigue… in 90 degree weather lol.
Im going to save some time and just say I drink at least 12 Glasses of Crystal light\water a day
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs and wheat toast. I think I Should be eating more like 6 eggs and skip the carbs totally or maybe a serving of oatmeal or Fruit
Snack: 2 oz mixed nuts (less than 50% peanuts) or two table spoons natural Pb or 40 oz low fat Cheese
Lunch: 4 oz Lean meat… Turkey\chicken\pork and 1 cup veggies… and some bbq sauce. I was thinking I should add 2oz more meat and another cup of veggies… Id like to keep the bbq sauce ![]()
snack: nuts\pb\cheese
Dinner: 4 oz lean Meat… Chicken\turkey\Pork and 1 cup veggies.
same change as lunch… more meat and more veggies.
So to clarify.
The change would be
Breakfast: 6 hard boiled and possible oatmeal or fruit
lunch: 6 oz lean meat and two cups + veggies
dinner:6oz Lean meat and two cups+ veggies.
any suggestions ect…
