Hey does anyone know how to ake a homemade pull-up bar, I remember seeing one at someones house long ago. I was thinking about getting one from the store, but those things look too flimsy.(I weigh about 210 lbs)
You just need a piece of pipe and something to hold it to the wall or ceiling.

The ones with the caps that screw in to the door frame can hold a good amount of weight. They’re pretty much restricted by how strong your door frame is.

I weigh 210 lbs, and I dont want to find out too late that the door frame cant handle my weight, not because I dont wanna fall- I dont want to mess up the door frame (I dont own this house, I just rent it).
its not like your falling of a cliff if it doesnt hold, you will land on the floor and get a bruise, just give it a go?

Falling doesnt scare me its losing my deposit on the house because of a broken door frame that scares me.
