My right hip is higher than my left. I have had right patellar tendonitis and a right biceps tendonitis. Started going to an accupuncturist (I’ve had phenomenal results in the past) and she said I need to get this checked out. Said all these little aches and inflammatory issues stem from imbalance in posture. My schedule is killing me and I can’t get an appointment with a P.T. or chiro for a few weeks so T-Nationers, how about some suggestions. I’ve thought about putting a heel pad in my left shoe to raise the left hip. Thoughts?

Im having similar issues. I used the heel pad and it worked ok. Ive been using the foam roller to work painful areas and get some relief along with other stretching. The chiro is your best bet, along with anti-inflammatory meds. You might want to lay off the lifting for a while too (1-2 weeks) I did this and it helped.
Let me know how you make out. Id like to know if there is something Im not doing as well.
