I sprained my ankle really bad on June 5th and I thought “I’ve sprained my ankle before, I’ll just Ice it down and come back in a couple of days.” I was on crutches the next day, couldn’t walk properly for about a week. Anyway, before that I went to my doc and said, it’s just a high ankle sprain. No broken bones and he told me to throw the crutches away and just take it easy and it should heal in 4-6 weeks.
I just wanna know if anyone has any type of experience with this injury and what do you do to let it heal. It’s been a little over 3 weeks and I can jog lightly on it (done no physical therapy btw). Thanks.
