HGH is not as great as you think. It is not a main driver in muscle building. It has good synergy with other drugs but if you just start taking GH and nothing else it will be under whelming.
Why not start a log where you can ask all of your questions instead of starting multiple threads on basically the same thing.
What exactly are you looking to do? What is you past experience with gear?
Im still curious… and you may have already answered this and i havent seen it.
But whats your current height and bodyweight ? Along with your general level of bodyfat?
You already had this answered in another thread. It doesn’t matter what you take, once you stop you will cease physique related benefits and overtime revert back to or close to what you once were.
Unless you have natural low levels, HGH isn’t going to get you much even in the 4-6iu range other than water retention and recovery benefits. The water retention makes your muscle look fuller but its not real. Muscle building effects from HGH shine when combing with anabolics and insulin but this is NOT something to be played with by an amateur.
Point being you’re prob barking up the wrong tree. From the amateur way you’re asking you likely don’t need it.
I dont know how to start a log… i guess i wont go the HGH route. Its expensive and if it isn’t really going to give me the gains, i will stick with test. How do i start a log?
I’m looking to gain muscle and strength and try to also burn off fat. My only experience with gear is TRT which I have done on and off over the past five years. I recently started taking 2ml of deca/test a week that i got off of UGG. I’m on my third week. I’m also on 200mg a week of test i get from trt
Currently weigh 250 and I’m 5’ 10”. I’m currently a little fat. I am finding it hard to eat enough protein and not be fat.

How much protein are you trying to eat?
You go into the “training logs” section and start a new thread. You can the update it daily with training/diet and questions. It makes it easier for us to help you as all info is there. Currently you have a bunch of misc threads going and it’s hard to follow and give you good info.
TRT is not on/off. It’s replacement for low testosterone. You take it for life.
You need to choose one or the other. Losing fat means eating in deficit. AKA, diet. Building strength/muscle means eating in a surplus.
What your talking about doing is recomp. This is done by an experienced lifter who has just completed a growth period and put on a few pounds of fluff. It’s just to clean up a bit.
If you overweight you should be dieting and you don’t need drugs for this. You need a solid diet, training and cardio.
AS far as the protien intake i can guarantee you that’s ot what making you fat. If your 250 at 5’10" you are prob around 20%bf or more i’d guess. If thats the case your LBM is 200lbs(at 20%) and 200g-250g prorien is enough. That’s only 800-1000cals. Not gonna malke you fat.

So, if i am prescribed 200mg of test for trt and i take more that i get from online to get stronger/bigger for 12 weeks, when i do pct, i stay on the 200mg i am prescribed since trt is for life?

You are on TRT. You do not pct. You just drop back to TRT dose and continue on.
Don’t use body weight for this calc. Use lean body mass as I stated above. So between 1 and 1.25g of protein per lb of lbm.

Thanks! So no PCT. How long can I go on a cycle? Is it like 12 weeks and then take a break for 4 weeks and only do trt, how does that work?

Could you share one of those more than one places? I have a suspicion you may be operating off an incorrect understanding of the information, which is causing you difficulty in achieving your goals.
12-14 weeks is a solid cycle as long as your eating/training for your goals. You mentioned in another one of your posts that you have diet and training covered but then you abow you don’t have an understanding of proper macros so I’m wondering if your training is on point.
Again, start a training log so we can help you make the most of this especially since your already a couple weeks in.
Good rule of thumb is time on cycle equals time off cycle and if bloods look good the go again.
