I don’t remember one off-hand…
Thanks for the cycle advice. I’m getting stronger, so I believe my training is on point. So, I create a training log instead of using this thread?
A VERY good strategy when it comes to physical transformation is to not base your diet off of something you can’t recall. That can be disastrous. This is stuff you’re putting in your body: you should be sure of it.
1.5g of protein per pound of blanket bodyweight is not a good suggestion. If you were 600lbs trying to lose weight, you’d have to take in 900g of protein with that strategy. Basing things off of LEAN mass makes far more sense. From there, I’d consider going with 1g of protein per pound of lean mass, rather than 1.5.
I feel, if you applied that approach, you would not experience the difficulty you’re experiencing attempting to lose fat.
Yes. You go into the training log section and start a new thread.
Here is a link to my log. I haven’t been updating it that much lately as I’m just sitting around maintenance but you can use the format if you like.
When you start put up some pics so we can see where you are at. My gut feeling is telling me you should not be doing a cycle but remaining at TRT levels and dieting. Where I suspect you are at now is not a good place to start putting on size. With growth comes additional bodyfat and then you will have to diet to get that and what you currently have off.

I think i started a new training log correctly. Not sure if i did it correctly. Not ready to post any pics yet, cause i’m a little fat. I’m gonna work on my diet and reduce calories. How many calories should i be aiming for?
Thanks for the advice!!!
