Cycles not working

I am a user of steroids for quite some time I am now 43 but I want my muscle mass to increase. I used test 400, T-Bol recently and did not get any results I wanted. TTM works well but still not producing the size I am wanting. Sus deca and dbol is what I was trying to use next. Possibly being 6’4”’ and 20 stone already maybe my course should be a higher dose. All suggestions will be appreciated

If you’re not getting results either your gear is shit or your training/diet is not on point. More gear does not equal more muscle.
If I’m converting properly you are 280lbs?
What’s your bodyfat?

I have always used Rohm lab or British dragon steroids. I use a low carb high protein diets. My body fat is 24% muscle is 42% and metabolic age 32years.

Post a pic, blur or cover your face. Let’s see what you’re working with. You could have the worst genetics ever but even with that there should be noticeable progress from baseline especially with gear.



what results do you want? are they realistic for your age and training?

Yes they are realistic I wanted my muscle mass and shape to change it is a lot better than I was when I started. Thinking that maybe my training plan is not what I need it to be.

I do heavy weights 3/5 reps 3/6 sets depoinding on the body part.


This is the size I went from 23stone to 19.5 stone and have now increase to 20 stone since my course and my training and diet

If this is your goal, you need to lose the fat. You’re closer to 30% bf, not 24%. Lose 10kg more of fat and reassess. You don’t need anything but a TRT dose to achieve this at your bf%.

Save the gear for when you are ready to build muscle. You won’t build it while in a caloric deficit.

Ok thanks for the advice I will start cutting body fat. After that I will start TRT

Just to be clear - I didn’t say to start TRT. I said all you need is a TRT dose to cut fat instead of a full blown cycle. TRT is medication to treat a (usually) life long condition. If you’re not hypogonadal you don’t need anything.

I have never known the science behind using steroids I have only ever used what has been advised to me. I am in process of starting to use an educated personal trainer now as well which I hoping will help all round

I train Monday to Friday 45-90 min work out lifting weights highest weight at reps between 3-5. I don’t do cardio which I am now adding to my weekly workout. I have increased in strength and weight loss is good but diet has now changed as well. I get a lot of different suggestions but which is the right one?

Agree with others that a TRT like dose or even slightly higher at 200mg per week Test is all you need for now until you lose considerable fat. I’d like to see you change your approach to lighter weight with more reps and focus on mind muscle connection. Don’t take long rests, keep heart rate up. The big X factor here is your nutrition can’t be good.

Thanks that’s what I needed to hear my diet has changed and my calories are cut down as well my gym routine is started today so let’s make the magic happen :flexed_biceps:t2:
