Just want to see if any nationers have had any experience with hernias? I just discovered one in my lower abdomen which causes my right testicle to ascend up into my upper abdomen. It hurts I haven’t been able to train, I’m depressed I feel nauseous.
Anyone know the recovery ry time after surgert? I’m hoping since I caught it early I’ll recover quicker. Any advice would be appreciated.
