Yesterday I had surgery to correct umbilical and ventral hernias. Today I am a little sore and moving around a bit slowly… but I am concerned about getting back into the gym. So… Does anybody out there have good links to good diagrams of the abdominal wall and/or treatments of hernias. Also are there any psysical therapists out there that can recommend some exercises that will get me back into action ASAP with minimal risk of reinjuring myself?
Can’t say I can offer any of that to you but I had the surgery the 23rd of January and am coming along nicely.
