just when the body fat is dropping, mylifting is improving and I was planning on doing another powerlifting meet, and I just finished running my first 10k, I found out I have a hernia (inguinal i think it was called)and need surgery to get it repaired. The doctor is using some new three dimensional mesh which I hear is the latest and greatest. Supposedly, i should be back to powerlifting after 4 weeks. Has anyone else had this done and care to share your recovery progress and tips?
