The bad news:
I just got back from the doctor’s office, and I’ve been diagnosed with an inguinal hernia (groin).
The good news:
It’s not very bad, and should be a simple surgery.
However, I’m wondering about what I should be doing pre and post surgery. The surgeon will obviously tell me what I need to be doing, but I’m wondering what to do on a lifting standpoint.
Ideas/advice/stories??
