You’re getting bigger, as far as I can tell.
Keep at it. Eat, lift, sleep, repeat.
You’ll get there, or have fun trying.

ok, i will take this one as a law to me.
Would you recommend me, to keep squatting the 20reps and DL as my driving split and just use as accesory chest/back split? i am kind of happy getting results, it is the first time i go longer than 5 weeks without adapting. I increase the weights every week and see changes all over my body and stamina.
your advice has been valuable before. what is your opinion?
Keep doing what ur doing as long as you improve, than i’d probably hit lower reps with heavier weights for like, 5-6weeks
and yes, weighted pull-ups/chin ups will help you for back width
Ok. i will follow that path.
I saw your lats pose pic. Do you think it is my lat posing wrong? i think i did not spread it well. (I will keep working anyway).

Hard to say, but my lats are my weakness, or were as they’re starting to come out nice, been doing some chins and pulls variations a lot, you could also get some wrist wrap so that its not your forearms that gives before your lats

I think you hit the nail on the head, my right wrist is kind of weak, and I never use the wrap. will start doing it. I know it will be worth.
Dude, you overcomplicate things big time. Just lift heavy, hit all your muscles, eat a shitload. Don’t worry too much about “are all my proportions perfect all the time??!”. Build your base, and then you can start to work on your weak points. Is there really anything that the forum is going to tell you that you can’t tell yourself from looking at the pictures?

Thanks… your comments are always (the same) welcome. kind of: let the river flow and may be it starts raining.
No way: dams has to be built, river tamed and channels used to harvest the best. Manhood is complicated. Greatnest is not easy to achieve.
well, at this pace, I will reach 1 in two days… that will be a record. Is there another RMP that reached that number? I want a price if I got there. Oh, I see, i would be the winner of my own contest…
well, I don’t care the rate drop as long my weight and bank account raises, it is what matters.

I am pretty sure you did not see it coming…
Ok, ZRaw, thanks for your advice. I go for two months. I hope to get better on body and mind.
Thanks Mak, you always a gentleman.
I will sleep well, not spend time on this internet b.s. and train harder.
no hard feelings please…
BTW, for the guys that PM about me doing bicep curls with that little weigth. I was not, i was doing forearm curls (Thor’s hammer), my wrist is ruined and I can’t do the regular ones, so I do that with DB in eccentric position (close to my hand) i recommend it.
Bye.
don’t waste time rating, i don’t really care.
if have any comments besides that stupid number on top, PM please. i need an online trainer, but my budget is just $100.00 a month for that. Is anyone there who knows how to transform a 40 yo with “scrawny bitch” body in a bodybuilder? PM me (maxbm, please abstain).

don’t worry, the number does not affect me, i am posting to get advice not qualification.

you have the right attitude for sure ![]()
i think the beginner or bodybuilding forum are the best choice.
BTW also RMP is not a bad place, if you are the right “mindset” ![]()
I think that a front biceps and a most muscolar photos are abetter way to judge chest ![]()
I think you should focus on heavy lift mainly Benhc Press and inclined bench press for the chest. They are IMHO the chest mass builder. Also dips can be usefull but (IMVHO) not at the same degree of BP.
nice but you shouldnt miss the row movements.
as other poster wrote stick on big heavy multi-joints movements.
eat big, lift big, grow bigger

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
Juan, ditto means “the same” so he is just stating that he thinks you should just focus on overall mass. I agree and think you should just focus on eating (cant stress this enough), lifting, and sleeping.
I admire your efforts for starting so late in your career, best of luck to you.

I know what it means, and I thank you both the advice. It is fun the number of times people speak about the eating thing, when I eat really a lot. I have increased 23 pounds (139->162) from january-todate and my bf remains under control.
Hope to reach the 180 to cut down to 170. for this year. Depending on results I will see. I have a Blood pressure problem and don’t want to worsen it by increasing my mass beyond my heart can handle.

LOL, sorry but i think you shouldn’t worry to be “beyond your heart limit” at 170-180lbs…

Well, don’t want to risk and discover I was wrong. Anyway, that range is enough to me (by now).
Just a quick heads up you look like you have a slight case of gyno by the looks of those side shots but I may be wrong!
Anyways on another not 23 pounds gained is no easy feat! good for you man keep at it!

Yes, I had gyno/fat since I recall, i did not know what it was. I am trying to get rid of it. Hope not gaining fat to avoid it grows again.
Thanks for your words.
