Ill try to get some dimel deads up. I just did them yesterday so it might be a while.
glute-I dont understand what you mean by opening my knees up. Do you mean pushing them out? If so i was trying to spread the floor. This was done after my speed sets. I wanted to work up pretty heavy just to see what would happen with straight weight. Thats why i had a wide stance. This was done on dynamic day.
when you go up, your knees buckle in. knees out will prevent them from doing so. to help the knees out you can point your toes more outward.
thats what I meant.
I cant point my toes out because they are already against the sides of the rack. I was “trying” to push my knees out but when you are very close to your max thats not always possible.
I thought knees should always be direclty over the ankles. Anyways wanted to say that the movies are awesome Goldberg. I’m just starting to train Darksid…Er Westside and they help tremendously with the movement descriptions. Let us know when you get the dimmels posted, thanks!
Not to take away from Goldberg at all, because there are a lot of things that you can learn from his videos that you won’t get elsewhere, but there are a LOT of videos at growordie.com.

Great videos…the Goodmornings are my favorite. That’s quite impressive. I love doing goodmornings, but that much weight is extra impressive.

I thought maybe work it like other speed shit. One rep… wait 30 seconds… go again.
I try to really push my abs into that belt and contract hams and glutes as hard as possible. I thought maybe about hitting a couple of sets before box squats to really reinforce abs out, and flexing hams and glutes hard. I have a problem with this.
It feels cool anyways… I figure I could get away with a miniband, but I used a lightband in those because my legs are pretty cached out.
