No link…I’m really curious as to your form on a bunch of exercises too…I’m just starting a “westside” style program for myself, and trying out some of the new-to-me exercises…I’m not sure if I am doing them right half the time unfortunately :stuck_out_tongue:

definitely not spandex. its a single ply z suit with the straps down. Except for the one with the straps up. Thats a metal suit.

Hey great to see this stuff, really helps since I rarely see anyone moving near that weight.

With your good morning, are you supposed to push your butt back like that or should you just fold over with less rearward motion? I tend to stay almost stiff legged and fold over forward, but I have no clue how I could do that with that much weight.

Does your “box” have some sort of padding on it? Seemed spongy. Looks like aerobic steps like I use, but those are hard and don’t bounce like that. I see you don’t sit on it nearly as long either, is that preferred over doing my current method of sitting there for a few seconds? I find it quite hard to get back up again with all momentum lost from sitting fully…

BTW, nice job with videos and the site used to store them. I was fearing a 4kb/sec rate or something and instead it was nice and fast.

Thought it’d be nice enough to host his videos as a lot of people can read how to train westside, but it always helps with visuals too. Also, apparently Goldgerg has been trying to put these online, and being dumb as a stump, I felt bad and offered my heterosexual webspace to him. :slight_smile:

Anyways, hope these videos help a lot of people and clear up some questions some might have.

I dont feel the steps give much. They are made of plastic but im sure they give a little. On the good mornings i push my ass as far back as possible.

I just got chains, but I haven’t used them. I’ve been reading how to use them, and I thought on bench they were supposed to completely deload at the bottom.

I did dynamic box squats today and it went 100% better after watching the video. Thanks for putting it up.
