I just started to go the gym again, and I am now ready to take it serious. I am 29 5’10 165lbs, sounds skinny but i used to way 220 pure fat. So I may be thin but a little saggy. I was not interested in getting huge or putting on much weight, I would like to put some muscle and trim some fat off.
I was wondering what sort of reps i should be doing? Should i do alot of reps with little weight or more weight less reps? Also I was considering going on Tribex and M combo along with T2 and methoxy-7 and maybe an ephedren based product like MD6? Please I would like any input at all on how to get started and get good results.
Start reading through the FAQ’s. Also, choose whether adding mass or trimming fat is more important to you at the moment. Conquer one goal at a time and stick to it until you are satisfied with your results.
