I have studied an article of Bill’s on the Mesomorphosis site about an integrated drug, training and nutrition program incorporating his 2 week cyle theory. Two questins: 1) What kind of exercise is a “hang clean” and how is it done? 2) Why are there no specific bi and tri exercises in the routine, even in the drug phase. Is there enough spillover from the other exercises. Help Bill, or anyone else familiar with the program. Thanks in advance.
