Bill, I am going to do a 2 week on/4 off cycle. Should I adjust my workouts during my 2 week “gaining” phase? I usually workout Mon(back), Wed.(chest), Fri.(arms), Sat.(legs). Should I take less days off because the cycle is only 2 weeks? What do you suggest? I will do 16 sets/bodypart, 12 rep warmup, 5-8 rep for remaining 3 sets(heavy).
