Hey Bill (or Chris or Brock or anyone with pretty good mag-10 experience), since you have a broad perspective on mag-10, what types of training have you surmised work really well for a two week “on” cycle? Or better, what principles should I adhere to when training during this time period (balls to the wall i know, but maybe something a bit more specific). The search engine lists many things on diet and stacks with mag-10, but much by way of training that is of help. Also, during the two week recovery period I will be using tribex and some vitex, and I know that volume should decrease and intensity should remain relatively high - but, the recommended protocol (growth surge III) seems to be a decrease in intensity, or does it work as far as your concerned? Any suggestions from the forum would help. Anyone try mag-10 and Staley’s high density training? thanks to all.
