Had to take off for work, out of the country just 3 weeks, but damn. The day before I left I got 335 on the bench was very happy with that. I had also got 205 on OHpress day. I get back to the gym and every thing has went down hill I went though my workout on Monday (bench day) was going good got to my 100% on my Beyond 5/3/1.
It was light I thought, I backed up so I was about 35#s light on the 100% so I started my joker sets didn’t even get to 110% and I thought it was gonna crush me. This was just 275 I usually do it for reps. Then two days later was OH press day didn’t even get 175#s . How does a person lose that much strength in just 3 weeks. I know I didn’t get the right foods were I was at and didn’t get any of my supps. How long before this all comes back I have been training just as hard as I was before I left.
