Just trying to workout were I am at strength wise and were I should be.I am doing my 1rm max’s this week.
625 wrapped Squat
340 Bench
585 Pull
1550 total
Hope to push this to 1580-1600 in December.
I’m 181 class, BUT I’m going to post my numbers here anyway. DEAL WITH IT.
435 squat unwrapped
325 Bench
525 pull
1285 total
These are all training maxes, but all would have been white lighted. I also have reason to believe my numbers will improve substantially over the next 12 weeks. I’ll probably end up more comfortably in the 198 class though. The squat number is recent, the bench and pull are pre-vitamins.

you bring such quality memes to the table.
480 Squat
345 Bench
455 DL
I am amazed by other peoples DL numbers. I can’t seem to get to 500. I love to deadlift but apparently the deadlift hates me.
429 squat
297 bench
528 pull
Junior and natty, on a side note I haven’t tried a new Deadlift max in ages but going for 572 in my next meet on 30th November
402/308/562, but Im only 18 so I probably wont be representative of the class in general.
660w/430/660 look on plwatch for yir weightclass
495/340/565 Raw, no wraps.
This is also a useful link if you’re looking for comparison:

judging by your bench and squat, i’d say short arms and squat build

Notice it says wrapped squat. Is obviously cheating so completely invalid number. Come on man, you should know this. I bet he even put a belt on too.

Those are really surprising numbers. You are pretty much blowing me away, especially right now after the most inconsistent 6 months imaginable, but I can go in most days and nearly pull or exceed your on your DL. Your leverages for the lift must be horrible.

Honestly don’t know. Squat is just my lift. Wrapped it unwrapped it pretty much goes up no matter what I do. I am lucky enough to train with Sam Byrd so that obviously from a technique stand point helped more than anything. But in general im just good at squatting I’m naturally able to hold a decent position and stay relatively upright. Every one has that lift they are good at mine just happens to be squatting. My deadlift is not that great but I don’t train it much like once a month if that. I can’t bench my way out of a wet paper bag though
My USAPL numbers:
525 squat
363 Bench
650 Deadlift

Yeah I feel like I can progress in my other lifts much faster but Deadlift just doesn’t. Part of it is mental. I had back surgery 5 years ago and I am ever mindful of my technique and probably don’t push myself past the point of comfort.
A year ago I had decided to concentrate on DL and limit squat due to knee pain. I was steadily progressing and felt as good as I ever have and I broke my right ring finger and had to have surgery. As a consequence I was unable to deadlift for over 6 months and I hit a PR in squat.
I feel strong when I deadlift. 455 went up pretty easy. But 465 didn’t budge.
I have made a program switch. Trying Conjugate System. I hope it is what was needed.
