Hello All, this is my first post. Just wanted to see how I am doing and see what everyone else is at. Post in suit with mine, and leave any additional comments.

Bench = 225 x 31, 415 x 1 with a bounce off the chest and ass off bench
Quarter Squat = 515 x 10, 625 x 1 (see deadlift)
Deadlift = 415 x 10, 515 x 1
Power Clean = Who powercleans?

5’6 225 Body Weight 23 years old all lifts are raw.
Squat: 505 for 10 Wrapped, 600 for 1 wrapped
Bench: 315 for 4, 340 for 1
Deadlift: 500 for 8, 585 for 1
Power Clean: What is that?
As for that why the fuck is you squat 100lbs higher than your Deadlift. Either when you said post in suit you meant you are in geared lifting or your squat is about 6" high.

lol. yep.
You got any vids, Hutch? That’s how this sort of thing works 'round here. If you’re going to post numbers like that, and you have no credibility around here (as a first-time poster obviously wouldn’t), not a single fuck will be given without video evidence.
Also, if on the off-chance those numbers are real, you have the shittiest deadlift in history at your size. That’s god-awful.

I didn’t even think about gear. That would be one way to make sense of this lunacy.
I’ll go ahead and post my numbers since you did
Bodyweight: 185
Squat: No idea what my 10 rep max is, but it’s at least 315. 405 tested max.
Bench press: 275x6, 315x1, same session. 315 not paused.
Deadlift: 405x10 with plenty left in the tank, 525x1
Power Clean: 225

Reed, you are a beast. I thought back in January you were about 200 lbs. Have you put on 25 lbs since then? You have been setting PR’s like crazy, what were your lifts a year ago? Making me work hard to stay with you on bench, and I don’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of being within half on the other lifts.
Ecchastnag: This a post in my log here on this site exactly 1 year ago today.
Had a perfect PR filled day today at TSF with Kristi, Mckayla Perry, and Sam Byrd. Squats and Deadlifts.
Started out with Back Squats obviously worked up to 330lbs for 2 sets of 5 and 1 set of 10. This was a PR and pretty easy if I do say so myself. Kristi worked up to 115lbs for 2 sets of 5 and 1 set of 10. Was very impressed with her performance today she really dug deep and earned the reps. Mckayla had never lifted weights until today and after a few minutes of corrective practice she managed 95lbs for 2 sets of 2.
Moved to Deadlifts from the Ground decided to go heavy with low volume pretty much nothing but singles up to a PR of 505lbs that was fairly easy especially after Squats.
Hit upper back with Barbell Rows 5 sets of 12 with 225lbs.
Finished with Lying Leg Curls 1 set of 15 with 90lbs and 1 set of 13 with 110.
Less than 2 years ago my squat was barely 300 according to my first log entry. But in a years time was your question.
So in a years time my
Squat has went from 330 for 10 to 505 for 10 both wrapped
Bench was a measly 250 TNG according to the posts around this one so about 100lbs
Deadlift according to this was 505 and best I have pulled so far is 585 but I don’t focus on anything like I do my Squat. SO its really not a fari comparison lol I just don’t get pumped up or attack my anything like I do Squat.

Thanks man Ill do my best to keep them coming. I hope I can just make half the gains I did last year over the next year. If all works out by the end of next year I want 720 Squat, 420 Bench, and 660 pull for a 1800 total at 220-242 weight class.
As on the weight gain in the passed 6 months has been a lot to do with George Leeman and Jimmie Pacifico. Jimmie does my nutrition right now to a extent 5 days out of the week I pretty clean but Saturday and Sunday I eat any and every thing I want at at every meal. Keep protein high and that’s it all hell breaks loose. Yesterday had a Half Gallon of Trumoo Chocolate Milk, 2 Extra Large Pizzas, and about 5 pounds of Chicken Habachi through out the day.
I used to be a huge pretty boy and was so scared to lose my abs and then Leeman pretty much told me to stop being a bitch and until I hit my 1000lbs Squat goal to tell every on to go fuck their selves and eat all the food I see lol.

Do you have some kind of lower body injury?
Why is your bench way better than deadlift and squat?[/quote]
Yes, I have osteochondrosis in my right hip, have had two hip surgeries when I was a teen, and have osteoarthritis in it now, as well as limited mechanical range of motion.
Right now it is 325 bench and like 435 dead, trying to figure out why. About 10 months of training, pretty sure I have a stress fracture in right foot though, will know tomorrow.
