Grizzly Takes the Stage for the First Time

Sorry that was a misprint originally

I am currently at 190/245/60 p/C/f on normal days and 225/180/65 on low days. Just small consistent changes from week to week.

looking good. great arms. great shoulder to waist ratio. pronounced serratus helps w/ a very aesthetic look.

in the fdb and rdb perhaps play w/ not closing the angle so much w/ your forearms - ideal is typically between 90 and where you have them, squeezing down too much distracts. just my 2cents.

How’s it going man? I’m gonna post you a link to a video on making the most bomb protein cake, I’ve been having it with some fat free frozen yogurt every night and it fits macros easily!

Hey man. Everything is going well. Down to 168 lbs. 8ish weeks and 8 more lbs to go. Should be good.

Dude send that vid on over. I have been getting really creative in the kitchen just to keep myself sane.

Glad to hear that Mike! The awesome thing about working with Brian and RJ for us is that you know they won’t let us step on stage without being shredded…you could get on stage this weekend and look like you belong, but another 8 weeks and RJ will make sure you’re the leanest guy on stage. And I’ll post that vid to you in a bit, just finished up my hiit and headed home to post it from my laptop

Try this out man, it’s absolutely delicious and it’s very high volume too. If you can fit it in your macros, a serving or 2 of low fat ice cream or ff fro yo goes great with it. I’ve been saving room for this every night, it really gives me something to look forward to. A few of the ingredients are very easy to tweak the amounts of based on your macros also!

Thanks for that dude. I made this pumpkin pie protein mug cake last night. So good.

Damn you and your freakishly disproportionately big arms lol.

Lookin’ lean and big!

Looking on point man! And that cakes looks delish, much more visually appealing than the ones I make haha

Chugging along real nice man,it’ll be hard to get those glutes and hams and low back in, but you’ll do it!

good stuff. that cake you made looks awesome.

not as fun but worth sharing - sugar free high fiber fruit spread mixed into no fat greek yogurt = fruit on the bottom type taste. - good for extra protein on the go.

hodgeson farms sugar free pancake mix is good too…drizzle some pb and sugar free syrup on there…mmmm…pancakes

Definitely on point. Those veins will look good n nasty with the right tan and stage lighting!

S

Arms looking massive in the side chest pose.

Fantastic looking pictures, but seeing how lean you are at 167 and at 5’9", I have some serious muscle to gain still at 5’11". I guess I still have another year or 2 of work :frowning:

Thanks for being both the motivation and the kick in the head to put me down to earth lol.

Keep it up! I enjoy your log.

Lol, tell me about it. I can’t believe Berg is under 170…He looks much bigger!

Just curious you lost weight but you look bigger. How much lean mass did you gain and how much fat did you lose? A competitive bodybuilder once told me bodybuilding is just an illusion not sure what he meant at the time. Great job btw.
