Great Gyms That Deserve Recognition

Flex-It - Mountain View, California.

This place is a hole-in-the-wall BUT it has 4 Olympic lifting platforms, bumper plates,
reverse hyper machine, etc. Fortunately (or unfortunately) it’s never been discovered
and, as a result, you will never have any problems having access to one of the platforms.

Good topic.

Best Gym in central WV is called “The Gym” in summersville. Jimmy the owner is a great powerlifting/strongman coach and the entire gym is designed around those sports. Lots of heavy iron, chains, tires, kettlebells, power racks, atlas stones, torpedoes, bands, etc. No one cares if you happen to slam the weights down after your last heavy deadlift rep either. The owner gives good advice if you want it and even steered me to this website and eliteFTS a few years ago.
