I’m somewhat worried that I am gaining a bit of weight maybe. Its hard to tell at this point, but I kinda feel it starting to creep up. I’ll see in a couple weeks I might have to cut back on calories or something. I know I haven’t lost any in like a month.

So I must admit to you my friends, yesterday was not a good day, not a good day at all. Twas a day filled with aggressive/frustrated/unpleasant masturbation, self loathing, negativity, Miss grumpy pants-ness, and standing around at work writing out my grocery list.

I’ve been having this reoccurring dream about pull ups/chin ups. I can always do like an endless amount and then the bar kinda turns into this rope or something and it can’t hold me up anymore and then I end up just pulling the rope to myself for reps instead of pulling myself up to the rope. It’s super weird.
Last night was the same, but I was doing one arm chin ups instead. EXCEPT I could do it no problem on my strong arm, but my left was struggling.
I also only have this dream a day before a chin up day and I go in expecting to be able to do like 20 chin ups and then I remember mid set that I cannot, LOL.
