all is good in my world, working too much and training too much, but getting thick as hell - shoulders are giving me a hard time when I bench, but are fine with any OH lift (weird). started DL’ing again, feeling good and pulling up some good numbers. trying to drop some BF, but like pizza/cheezeburgers/burritos/hot pastrami sammiches/beer too much to get really ripped. Jeep is running good - wife is behaving, kids are a pain (as you well know).

OKAY So I’m still working out (LOL) UMM but I’ve been super tired/stressed lately so I haven’t felt like updating.

One girl I hired had some sort of crazy life emergency so she basically couldn’t really work for a month so I was worried about the schedule and having to work her weekends and evenings and BLEH.
Then some other girl was going to move so I was worried September would suck also.

Then I hired some new boy and I was worried that he was just not going to show up or be a psycho murderer or something…
Then I started getting all OCD about my workouts again, and it was like a daily muscle group caused me anxiety, AHHA.
OH HERE:
Last thurs: Back anxiety cause I thought my pull ups sucked
SUN: Bicep anxiety for reasons I can’t even really explain because they’re so illogical
MON: Shoulder anxiety cause one of lateral raises sets felt weird, BUT ONLY ONE SHOULDER, right shoulder anxiety
TUES: good workout but still was getting shoulder anxiety
WED: Back anxiety again cause a few reps of my partials weren’t as back feely as they should have been
THURS: Chest anxiety cause I was too scared to get the plates I wanted for plate squeeze cause bald guy were there so I didn’t super set as planned and ya, HAHAHHA FUCKSOCRAZY

Anyway, but awkward.
Like so I think some weird things are gross, like those plastic papery wrist bands they make you where at some places, like my gym.
They make me feel like vomiting. So I made this um, like cut out sock that I put on my wrist so that the wrist band can go over it so I don’t have to feel it, then I put my sailor moon sweat band over top of the sock so I don’t have to see it either.
I usually take it off in the bathroom at the end of my workout so no one can see my weird shit, but I didn’t need to pee so I took it off and just as I was doing it bald guy’s friend (skinny) came out of the change room and saw me so what if he tells bald guy that I am so fucking weird. And I tired to like turn around and hide what I was doing, but I think that made it even weirder and stuff…

UM ya, so today when I was doing biceps machine fitness girl started coming over to me and I started getting freaked out that she was going to correct my form even though how could I honestly be doing bicep machine wrong, LOL.
But she wanted to see my wrist band that was hidden underneath my sailor moon sweat band, wrapped up in a sock , HAHHAHA how fucking embarrassing.
THis is the first time in a year anyone has said anything to me.
I was like 'i’m such a weirdo, but here it is hiding under a sock on my arm"
And guess what I got OCD/anxiety about today? Biceps! Cause she talked to me during biceps.
I got anxiety about pecs when bald guy was near me during incline press.
I got anxiety about back when this annoying little trainer dude was near me cause one time he talked to me about my wrong squat form so I was thinking in my head that he was going to say I was doing seated row cable wrong.
SEE? There is a pattern, it’s not random.
I get ocd about whatever body part is being worked during the time of an unrelated matter like being near someone who makes me feel nervous.
I got no ocd about yesterday’s workout cause no one was ever near me and no one talked to me.
