Be careful not to confuse exertion with effectiveness. The worth of a program/system/whatever should be measured by the results it gives you, not by how much it makes you sweat and pant.
Of course, the best program isn’t necessarily the one that would give you the best results, but it’s the one you will actually do consistently. So if seeking that state of burning exhaustion is what keeps you going back to the gym then by all means have at 'er.

Yesterday I was getting horny induced anxiety about seeing B. gruntsalot (I am renaming him to just bald guy, FYI) this morning. So I decided I had to buy hair clips so my hair would look less stupid whilst working out thinking that this would be the ONE THING that will give me enough confidence to talk to him. I mean, hair pulled sufficiently back is WAYYY different than hair that is falling in front of the face.
So I put my hair clips in this am and it’s was still kinda wonky cause they don’t really do much, but after a bit of fiddling I got things A-Okay.
I get there and see him grunting etc, and of course I am not actually going to do or say anything, but I sit down on the incline bench and inside my head I said to him, “Oh, so do you like my hair clips?”
Because it’s so not even obvious that I am wearing hair clips and why the fuck would he care, HAHA.
Then I started lOL-ing in real life thinking about how fucking stupid it was that I thought I needed hair clips or that it would have some kind of positive impact in my life.
Being horny makes me such a psychopath.
Here’s a tip, if a woman seems crazy(ier) than normal to you you should probably just give her oral.
Anyway ya, I am still master of my domain after this weekend, but maybe that’s a bad thing. I feel myself going crazier by the day…
