Just thinking that you should be sleeping like a baby every night, considering how hard you work. If you are more emotional than normal, that’s another indicator that something’s up. I know the daily gym is therapeutic so maybe try a BW/ light routine with some incline walking for a few days. Or look to see if cals have been in a deficit for awhile. People often loose sleep when they are dieting. Just thinking out loud here. It could be a number of things. But yeah, I’d think you’re be experiencing some difficulty with your lifting so that’s odd.
