Maybe results are not instant, or maybe they wont even come at all. BUT if I can BELIEVE it’s done something, I can feel settled and happy. Accomplished.
So I want to think up a plan or a solution or something so that I can feel like I am truly combating something that I do not want to do anymore. Or something that I know is mentally unhealthy for me.
