So yesterday I was mad at myself for talking during sets and just generally not working hard enough. Then I realized that my workouts need to be way shorter and way more intense.
I decided rest periods are to be kept to like 10 seconds so that every day can feel just as awful as leg day :D.
So, with that being said, I ended up finishing about half an hour earlier than normal so I did some extra finisher stuff and everything ended up being really awesome.
I read some figure athlete chick said something like “you have to keep asking yourself have I changed my body today?” Or something along those lines, that clearly wasn’t the direct quote, but that’s what I am rockin’ with.
