I feel really fucking tired lately. Could be a mood thing? Could be a diet thing? Could be a workout thing? Could be all of the above?

I remember years ago when I lost a lot of weight and I was like 114lbs and I had zero sex drive and got overwhelmed at the thought of having to tie my shoes because I was just so tired.
But I am not that skinny now and my diet is no where near as strict, yet I have a lot of those same feelings. I’m not horny and I get overwhelmed by everything that requires moving.
Every morning is like holy fuck, how am I going to make it through my day ?!
Maybe I need more protein or something, but do people who cut feel like this? Cutting should just be sorta shitty? Or god awful?
I can’t imagine figure athlete’s prepping for a show feel good?
I also feel weird that I am not horny because I’ve been horny since I was like 8, LOL.

K so ya I have decided to accept the fact that I am not good at hack squat and in order to ramp it properly I will start at a baby weight and just deal with it until I suck at it less.

In actuality, however, the reason that he is not with me is not because of my body so it would be stupid to think that it would be the way to fix things.
He’s just not that into me! Holy shit get over it, it’s been like 8 months of this crap.
Not saying I am going to go get fat now, but I am so super hard on myself and I am not exactly thriving because of it.
I workout hard, I eat well, I do some cardio and if I stay exactly as I am in this moment then it is totally fine with me! !!

Hello and good morning

I don’t know if anyone can relate or whateveskies, but I realized recently that for the past couple months at the gym I’ve really just been going through the motions.
Not really “there” while I’m there. Not present in the moment or thinking about being there for an actual purpose other than that I just simply “have” to be there.
I have to be there on a Monday because on a tiny piece of paper on my desk it says that Monday is chest/shoulder’s/tri day and heaven forbid I ignore a piece of paper.
It is typed out so that makes disobeying it even worse…
It’s almost as if I forgot that this is my passion and that I want to be there.
Working out has been my best friend since I was like 16, even through all the arguments and life events, we’re buddy’s through and through.
I am not at the gym for a dude, I am not at the gym cause paper tells me to, I am not at the gym because I HAVE to be, I am at the gym because working out is fucking awesome and I should feel so goddamn lucky that I have 1000000 million times more drive and determination than the average gym goer.

SOOoOoo I figure I need to stay focused, shorten my rests, push myself on final sets with extra reps/weight whatever, just remember how awesome it is to be there in general I suppose.
