Getting the Weight Back Down

I’m 6’0" I weigh about 203lbs as I sit, I used to wrestle/fight at 185 then due to an injury I had to stop, now I’m ready to get back to where I was being able to compete. So my question is, does anyone have some good ideas on diet/ workout plan to get me down to 185? Any ideas are very appriciated, Thanx

I already checked that out, but thanks for the thought, I’m looking for something less wide open like that bulletin. I’m looking for something more a little more direct for cutting the weight.

If you used to fight at 185, you should have no problem cutting 18 lbs just by doing what you were doing before.

What were you doing before?

Not sitting on my butt due to back pain, i was kinda just living daily life lifting and running, I just wasn’t sure if there was a smarter and faster way to due it.
